Zach is a seasoned emergency management professional with nearly 30 years of experience. He has led recovery, training, and exercise projects for clients at the federal, state, and local levels, and has extensive leadership and program/project management experience. Zach has worked extensively with FEMA, DOD, past presidential administrations, and state and local governments throughout the country. Zach previously served in the United States Air Force and the Virginia Army National Guard.
Maria is a strategic business and operations leader with over 20 years of experience spanning post-secondary education, private industry, government research laboratories, and nonprofit organizations. As Chief Operating Officer, she runs High Street's day-to-day operations, finance, human resources, and communications. Known for turning complex organizational challenges into clear, executable plans, her sharp instincts for marketing and business strategy shapes how the firm positions itself, wins work, and grows. Maria holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo.
James is a data scientist and technology leader with a career spanning statistics, analytics, and software engineering for government and commercial clients. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads the design and engineering of High Street's products, Beehive, Alyo Studio, Compass, and Corbin, and directs the firm's custom software, data analytics, and AI practice.
Donna is a senior business operations, program management, and executive support professional with over 25 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, strategic planning, marketing, and business operations. She has a proven record of building client relationships and managing engagement and operational strategies. Donna has an MBA from Mount St. Mary's University.
Christian has over 20 years of emergency management experience, including serving as FEMA Region VI Grants Director. He has overseen billions in federal funding from FEMA, HUD, the U.S. Treasury, and the Department of Transportation. A former U.S. Government Accountability Office auditor, he has advised federal agency leaders and Congress on grant program improvements, and served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the CDC and a municipal HUD Fellow. A U.S. Army veteran, Christian served in multiple roles, including in the White House Military Office. He holds a Master of Public Administration.
Barrett is a 15-year emergency management expert spanning domestic and international mitigation, preparedness, response, recovery, and policy. He has managed nearly a billion dollars of U.S. government funds through FEMA, DC HSEMA, DHS, USAID, and other agencies, and has advised Congress, the U.N., and state and local agencies on emergency response and recovery. Barrett most recently joined High Street from a humanitarian response and recovery role in conflict-ridden Sudan.
